You can delete your Umso account and remove all data and content from our system. If there are any other admin users on your team, all sites and resources will be kept as is and you will be removed from the team.

If you are the only user for that team, your account as well as all sites and resources will also be deleted, including your subscription, if active.

We value your privacy and if you decide to delete your account we won't keep any data that are not required by law. Please see our DPA https://www.umso.com/dpa and privacy policy https://www.umso.com/privacy for more information. We do keep for a short period of time logs that can include some data from your team for security and troubleshooting purposes.

Please note that we also keep data backups that may include your team's information for a certain period of time, however these data are never retrieved, accessed or processed if not strictly needed.
