Quick Intro

To make edits on your website a general rule of thumb is to hover and then click the element you want to change. Hovering might already show what options there are and clicking will focus on the clicked element and give further options for this element. Multiple clicks on one element make it possible to change every aspect of your website.

Here is an example of these mechanics:

Steps and Explanation

1. Hovering the hero section will show the menu on the top right with multiple options.

Learn more about the options in this menu:

  • Themes

Learn more about themes and how to use them.

  • Section Background

Learn more about your section's background.

  • Section Layout

Learn more about your section layouts.

  • Section Settings

Learn more about your section settings

2. Clicking on the title will focus the title as shown here:

Here you have multiple options like the text alignment ("Left", "Center", "Right") and can add further elements with the plus icon.

3. Clicking a second time on the header text will enable editing the text. Now you can change the content, add links, and style your text.

There are different elements such as title, media, lists, etc and all have individual settings but all share the same logic with editing. Hovering and clicking will get you to your goal.
