Refunds

We are proud to build a product that people want to use. If you are unhappy with our product you can get your money back under certain conditions:

Monthly Subscriptions

For subscriptions that renew on a monthly basis you can get a refund within 14 days of starting that subscription.

Yearly Subscriptions

If you have a subscription that renews once a year, you can receive a refund within 14 days of starting your subscription. You can also get a refund within 14 days of your subscription renewing.

How to get the refund

You can request the refund yourself immediately after cancelling your subscription without contacting us. The screenshot below shows you an example of what you will see after cancelling your subscription.

If you do not see the "Refund" box that means your subscription may not eligible for a refund. Please contact our support at [email protected] to manually request a refund if you believe you should be eligible.
