Common problems and solutions around MailChimp and why you don't get notifications if you try to test with your own emails.

Possible reasons why your email submissions don't work

  1. You are using your own email address.
  2. You tried too often with your email address and MailChimp is now ignoring it.
  3. You deleted your email address once and are now trying to submit with that same email address.

Solution

Try submitting an email address you have not used with Mailchimp before. If that also doesn't work, please contact help@umso.com and tell us about all the email addresses you tried.
